Training
During commissioning, we will train your personnel with handling the operating computer and software. The system components will also be elaborately explained.
Remote diagnosis
In case your system is equipped with a remote diagnosis system, our specialists can access the system via ADSL or modem from our company, check the nature of problems and find a solution.

If a problem occurs, our hotline can be reached on weekdays from 9:00 to 21:00 and on weekends from 11:00 to 21:00 o'clock. One of our specialists will then look into the customer's problems.
