The batalpha control system, installed in 1998 in Germany's largest opera and concert house, had to be upgraded. After a demonstration in Semperoper Dresden, the client was convinced that the cost-efficient renewal of the operating level would be the more reasonable solution compared to exchanging the complete control system. In the course of the conversion, 13 forestage point hoists, main curtain and chandelier hoist have been equipped with 2-channel axle control computers and position measuring devices to enable a safe positioning of these drives as well. We are looking forward to a continued successful co-operation.
